We make efforts that are commercially reasonable for us in protecting user's privacy. We will not sell or rent individually-identifiable information under any circumstance. We will not disclose individually-identifiable information except in the cases that are described below.
To fully use this service, you will need to sign up using our online sign-up form where you will be required to provide certain personal information. If you become a user of Backup Report to use this service, we collect information including your email address, first name, last name, company and country. For each web site we collect ftp and databases access details. Your credit card information will be also required to provide for the payment of Service fee. Your credit card information (Card Holder's Name, Credit Card No. and Expiry Month/Year) will not be collected by Backup Report, but by Credit Card Processing Company which Backup Report uses for its users' payment of sign-up fee. Payment processing company will disclose any of your credit card information to Backup Report.
We collect aggregate information about you and your use of Backup Report, whether you have an account or not. For instance, we may collect various forms of click stream information such as IP address information, entry and exit points for our site (i.e., referring URLs or domains), search terms, site traffic, page views, impressions, and operating system and browser type. Such aggregate information generally will not personally identify you or be correlated to you. If we do correlate any aggregate information to you specifically, we will do so for our internal use only and will not disclose such information to any third party unless the disclosure is required by law enforcement. We may collect, compile, store, publish, promote, report, sell, or otherwise disclose or use any and all aggregate information, provided that such information does not personally identify you.
We may collect information about your usage of Backup Report to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce the Terms of Service which includes monitoring of your usage and termination of Service. The information we collect for this purpose includes, but not limited to, your Service period, frequency of your use, and the information about your use of the Service.
We use your e-mail addresses for providing services, for promotion, or for providing advertisement. We may send you e-mail messages from time to time to provide customer service, for our own marketing purposes, or for promotion purpose, including advertisements provided by our advertisers. If you have provided us with your e-mail address but do not want to receive promotional material or advertisement material, please let us know by replying to the email with your refusal to receive such material.
We may use information about you and about your usage of Backup Report to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce the Terms of Service which includes monitoring of your usage and termination of your membership.
We may compile, store, publish, promote, report, sell, or otherwise disclose or use any and all aggregate information based on the information you provide, on the information of your usage, and on the click stream information, provided that such information does not personally identify you.
We aggregate personally identifying information and disclose such aggregated information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes. Of course, the aggregation process strips away any personally identifying information; we do not disclose to third parties any information that could reasonably be used to personally identify you.
(b) Suppliers and Other Service Providers
We may use third-party Suppliers and Service Providers to facilitate some of our services. For example, we may outsource the operations of one or more aspects of our site to a Supplier or Service Provider who performs services according to our requirements. In some instances, the Service Provider may collect information directly from you (such as the situation where we ask a Service Provider to conduct a survey for us). In these cases, all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional. In all cases, we contractually restrict how these Suppliers and Other Service Providers may access, use and disclose your information. In general, we do not permit these Suppliers and Other Service Providers to sell your information to third parties.

As our business develops we may purchase another organization and, in so doing, acquire customer information. Also, in the event that the company that owns Backup Report transfers its assets to its corporate parent or to one or more subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other entities in common control, or sells all or substantially all of our assets to a third party, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

We may decide or be required to disclose information to law enforcement and other government authorities or third parties under certain circumstances. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government authorities as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, infringement of intellectual property rights, third party lawsuits, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
(e) Unauthorized Access to Your Information
Although we make efforts to protect your privacy, third parties may intercept or access transmissions or private communications or access servers. Therefore, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifying information or private communications will remain private in all cases.
At this time, there is no way to customize Backup Report preferences. Since there is no private password protected area there is no login / password information stored. When the time comes when a private password protected area is made available the following applies.
Your personally identifiable information is accessible via the Internet only to someone who knows your Backup Report password, so you should not disclose your password to any third party. Except for the foregoing, personally identifying information that we store is generally not accessible via the Internet. If your password is lost or compromised, you should immediately change your password by logging in and then clicking on Your Account Detail tab on the Account page and click on the "Update Account Detail" button.
There is no private password protected area, where you can review and update privacy information related to the Service. Please us the contact form to request disclosure and change requests to your privacy information related to this Service.
If you are not in Australia, by becoming a Backup Report member or by providing any personally identifying information as a non-member, you explicitly grant us the right to transfer that information to Australia.
